Account Registration

You must register for an account to access our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscription & Payment

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to: reverse engineering the platform, scraping data, sharing login credentials, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content, data, algorithms, and technology provided through our platform are the intellectual property of Intelligence Private Capital. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Intelligence Private Capital provides lender data and matches as informational tools only. We do not guarantee loan approval, specific terms, or lender availability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the prior 12 months.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the service will immediately cease.
